Question:  This dugout is the interior of an Officers’ dugout.  Up to 20 Soldiers often lived and slept in slightly larger dugouts.  Imagine living in these quarters for weeks and months at a time.  What difficulties do you think soldiers had to deal with?  What would you miss the most from home?
