Arrange entries by publication date, from oldest to most recent title.

Repeat the author’s name each time.

Titles

Titles of books, periodicals and websites are italicized.

Titles of articles are enclosed in quotation marks.

Capitalize each word of a title except for “a”, “an” or “the” if they appear in the middle of the title.
